After New York and Chicago, the Moholy-Nagy exhibition will come to Los Angeles

In the spring of 2016, the “Future Present” exhibition of the famous Hungarian-born fine artist, photographer, designer and writer was presented for the first time in the U.S. by the Guggenheim Museum in New York. Following its great success, the retrospective exhibition of László Moholy-Nagy - who was also known as a professor of the Bauhaus style and the founder of the Institute of Design at the Illinois Institute of Technology – moved to Chicago and was opened to the public in October 2016.

Sixteen dead, mostly Hungarian teenagers, in Italy bus accident

The Consulate General of Hungary in Los Angeles has the sad duty to inform that at least 16 people, mostly students have lost their lives and more than 26 were seriously injured when a bus transporting Hungarian students crashed into a guard rail on an Italian highway on Friday, January 20, 2017 before catching fire.

Farewell to Zsa Zsa Gabor

The 'Hollywood icon' Zsa Zsa Gabor died at the age of 99 after suffering a heart attack at her home in Bel-Air, Los Angeles, on December 18. An intimate memorial service was held at the Church of the Good Shepherd in Beverly Hill, hosted by her widower Frederic Prinz von Anhalt.
